THE TEAM BEHIND YOUR DAY
At Petal & Pearl Events, every wedding is supported by a carefully trained team that is committed to providing the same level of professionalism, organization, and care our couples expect. Throughout the planning process, you'll primarily work with me as we design your wedding, coordinate logistics, and prepare every detail.
On the wedding day, your event may be led by me or by one of our experienced Lead Coordinators, depending on scheduling and the needs of your event. Every lead follows the same planning systems, timelines, and processes I've developed, ensuring your wedding is executed seamlessly no matter who is leading your day.
Our team works together behind the scenes to manage vendors, oversee setup, keep the timeline on track, assist guests, and handle any unexpected situations so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment. For our Full Planning couples, your team also includes a dedicated Bridal Concierge—your bridal bestie for the day! They'll stay by your side to fluff your dress, carry your essentials, keep you hydrated, and make sure you have everything you need so you can truly relax and enjoy every moment.

I’m Victoria, the heart behind Petal & Pearl Events! I love creating wedding days that feel intentional, beautiful, and completely true to each couple. From the first planning conversation to the final send-off, I love bringing all the little details together so my couples can be fully present and truly enjoy their day. When I’m not planning weddings, I love spending time with my family, exploring new places, going on cruises, getting lost in a good book, and loving on our little girl and our corgi, Bean Bean. ✨
Eva Barnett
Hi, I’m Eva Barnett! I first found my way into the wedding industry as a server, and over time worked my way up to managing the floor, coordinating setup, and helping ensure every event ran seamlessly. Along the way, I fell in love with the magic of weddings and the joy of bringing each couple’s vision to life. There’s nothing more rewarding than playing a small part in one of the most meaningful days of someone’s life.

Hi, I’m Victoria Culpepper! If I had to describe myself in one word, it would be magnetic. I’m naturally drawn to beautiful experiences, meaningful connections, and creating unforgettable moments. I fell in love with weddings after joining Victoria Robinson and the incredible Petals & Pearls team, and what started as a side opportunity quickly became something I was genuinely passionate about. I believe every celebration should feel effortlessly beautiful and authentically you.
Favorite Part of a Wedding Day:
Seeing the bride right before she walks down the aisle and, at the end of the night, seeing the couple completely filled with joy over how their day came together. Knowing they were able to be present, celebrate, and enjoy the day we spent so much time planning is the best feeling.
I especially love the rehearsal dinner and the reception. The rehearsal dinner is filled with heartfelt stories, laughter, and anticipation, while the reception is where you truly get to see the incredible community surrounding the couple. Watching family and friends celebrate, reconnect, and share in such a meaningful milestone is something I’ll never get tired of.
Without a doubt, my favorite moment is just before the bride walks down the aisle—when the person giving her away shares those quiet, heartfelt words that no one else gets to hear. It’s such an intimate reminder of where she’s been, where she’s going, and how much love surrounds her.

As a leader in two community nonprofits, event planning has always been part of her world; so when she found herself drawn to the wedding industry, she reached out to Victoria, and the rest is history. Hi, I'm Alexis Hernandez! I first fell in love with weddings through photography before transitioning into planning and coordination. Outside of weddings, I'm a Labor & Delivery RN, so being part of life's biggest milestones is something I'm truly passionate about.
